You can actually mix gun powder and handgun bullets to make enhanced ammo. Madhouse gets pretty loving tough. But the game does throw you a bone in a few places, you just need to be searching everywhere

The Joy Cones aren't very fun to use laying down in bed so I made a makeshift Stomach Mount out of cardboard box and foam and now I'm happily gaming in bed again.
