There are many types of litter you can find. Where there were tangentially humans, there is bound to be TRASH. Which type is your favorite? Food Papers Let us start simple: colorful, lively wrappers adding life against the dull gray-brown dirt and wood they are commonly find near! You will certainly know them when you see them from their enticing, flashy colors. They are promiscuous bastards; plentiful everywhere. Just walk around outside and you're certain to find one near you! The Plastic Bag Ah, the humble plastic bag. Capable of drifting a hundred miles with a simple breeze. Its greatest nemesis is protruding, dry foliage that will catch it and hold it down forever like a lazy spider. They can also double as a weapon to assassinate somebody with in a pinch! Bottles and Cans Nothing like a metallic or plastic cylinder used for holding liquids! Well, they held liquids. At least once. Usually they are bone-dry on the inside, though depending on the weather, they can be filled up with the gifts of the Earth as if factory fresh! A respectable choice overall. Furniture and Appliances Now we are heading into heavy territory with heavy trash! These ones are not as common as their smaller brethren, but are unique that they still typically hold some value, until somebody else comes by and strips it clean. Otherwise, it's a carcass of metal and wires and occasionally fabric. These get a special shoutout when one of them sabotaged a kayaker during the Rio 2016 Olympics! Mystery Chemicals Heck yes, trash containing volatile liquids seeping into the earth! They are the sleeping beauties of the litter kingdom; do not disturb or you hand might fall off from acid. However, the granddaddy of this category is the almighty nuclear waste, though it can be quite elusive to find. Bonus points if it's in water! Which one do you like the most?

All litter bothers me except the candy wrappers on the ground the morning of November 1st. Is the psychopathy thread still around? Littering and parking in disabled spots is something all c suites do.

I like the mystery of finding a muddy foam pad, tarp, and greasy sleeping bag at the bottom of a rocky ravine. Does someone live there now? Are they gone? Hiding? Will they jump out and stab your kidney with an icepick as you turn to leave? The intrigue is almost rooting you in place!

500 good dogs posted:Tumbleweed Is tumbleweed some specific kind of plant? I never really thought about it before, but there were 30mph+ winds all last week in my frigid northern midwest hell and I swear to god I saw a lonely spherical leafless dead bush just rolling down a side street in the breeze, lit up by the streetlights. I almost parked to go grab a picture of it, it was so weird, but I was afraid the second I got out of my car I'd hear a distant whistle and get blasted by some rear end in a top hat with a revolver and a bad hat.
