If you do that, make sure you have primer abilities active, because it looks like Cora only has detonators. I wonder if they'll even let you go planetside with less than two friends. Dragon Age has no problem letting you go solo if you drat well feel like it, but Mass Effect has never been so kind.

Citizen Kane is still my go-to example for film that redefined the concept of film, so I guess that's Witcher 3. Haven't really kept up with films on a critical analysis level lately though. ME3 would be Prometheus? I'd like to be snarky and say every Marvel film since Avengers, but those are more like COD. Contender: Mad Max Fury Road as Witcher 3?

All the choices you made in the original trilogy and how they build on each other would make writing a direct sequel a loving nightmare. Either you completely drop the decisions from the original trilogy and alienate long time fans because it will feel like nothing the player did mattered, or you alienate new people getting into the franchise because they will feel compelled to go play a game from 10 years ago to make sure certain plots move forward the way they want. Mass Effect is a cool franchise that can be more than just ShepardQuest. I think the best way for the franchise to move forward was with a totally different setting and characters and Andromeda was a smart move because reboots (when done properly) can be great for bringing in a fresh audience. Hopefully they can make something new that is just as good as the original setting - they could have hosed up horribly but I'm willing to give it a chance.
