when do your guys annual bonuses pay out? apparently ours are going to get paid out later than normal this year, end of april and i'm steamed because I was planning to give notice around then. last year they paid out around march.

I did it, guys. I found the largest resume. 16 pages long, including a full essay about how much they love Linux, and it even includes a full diagram of this guys home network along with hostnames. JFC.

Not only do we not get a bonus, but I heard through the grapevine that HR was thinking about eliminating the policy to back-date raises (i.e if you had your annual performance review late feb and it concluded you deserve a raise for the year, they'll pay you the extra for the nearly two months you've worked) because "people get depressed because their paycheck goes back to normal". That's the closest we get to a "bonus", basically our late pay in one lump sum, and they're thinking about getting rid of it... presumably raises would just take effect in march. Its a really dinky company.
