She also beats him up. You still haven't made the case how he is the worst. At least he doesn't pretend to be some savior of mankind, like the Phantom. He is what he is, and owns up to it.

I feel like Luann is a more consistent onslaught of bad characters, but I have to disagree that any of them surpasses Les for concentrated awful - even the Evanses (seem) to have enough self-awareness to have characters not constantly dwell on past relationships. I find this incredibly pathetic and just really too "tryhard" but then again, I think Patis is complete garbage and his "wink wink im so terrible" schtick went stale years ago. And Foxtrot is just repeating the same jokes over and over. He could have Fast-Forwarded the strip and breathed a little life into it by making Jason 14, Paige, uhh the other guys age, and the other guy be in college.

I don't think I could name anybody in Funky as actually bad, morally. They're a more-or-less homogenous bunch of sad sacks who have given up on fighting against the malevolent universe they live in, but they aren't malevolent in and of themselves. Thankfully my brain is adapted to completely tune out Piranha Club, so I have no idea who any of those characters are or why they keep doing cannibal jokes at least once a month.
