It's only got a home in Commander and nothing else. We could argue the same thing for a card like Doubling Season, but you can play with that in regular two-player games because there's no substitute for that effect. Oh well, joke's on them. You can still get copies of Call the Spirits for about $25 and flip Grasp of Fate for $40 to someone that needs a radiated Banishing Light that badly.
