1-15 do nothing so it appears to be some random bullshit radium came up with. Or he thought hexadecimal was numbers 0-16.
he was using nibbles to store & manipulate bit flags

i think back to my early pro years, I did some really dumb things under the impression that they were clever. radium was stuck at that stage, I can only hope he's moved on and also found a manager who can mentor him the way lowtax never could

on the other hand lowtax could have been stuart campbell too, writing about videogames in lovely magazines forever

i think he's done all right, even if something awful is a 404 tomorrow it'll still have been something

for 10 years idk because i made my first account in feb 2008 but for 6 years it was definitely more active then. it doesn't really make a difference for me in practice because despite being an (imo) incredibly prolific forums reader and poster there's still more threads to read and post in than I would ever care to explore

i think a lot of the die off was in GBS too, or at least that's how it seems to me, and really who gives a hoot about gbs 1.0 or its populace

It's certainly less active. There are so few new registrations now and most people being banned aren't coming back. Lowtax is correct when he says no one is buying anything anymore.
