It would be silly of Nintendo not to release remastered WiiU games on the Switch considering how few people have actually had a WiiU and now it's out of production. Bayo 1+2, Captain Toad, Hyrule Warriors, Mario 3D World, Pikmin the WiiU had some stellar games on it that would be a shame if they're stuck on a system that will only ever have 13.5 million units out in the wild

PS4 has had a really good first quarter of 2017. Horizon, Nier Automata, Nioh, Persona 5. Usually you'd only see a lineup that strong maybe the last quarter of the year.

Speaking of April fools... check out Google Maps. I got the best April fools joke from Nintendo, I got my Happy Birthday email from them since it is later this month. 30% coupon off of a digital game, my eyes lit up, I thought of how I could cancel my Amazon pre-order of MK8 and just go digital and save an extra 10% since that is a game I would like digital anyway since it will always be played and I hate switching carts. Clicked on the link for the coupon, available on 14 select titles only. Had all of the games they listed except some Pokemon Dungeon game , Mario Puzzle&Dragons and Stretchmo or something, so went with Puzzle&Dragons... This info is awesome. I have a USB charging adapter with 4 ports on it, upon examination of the device it seems each port outputs a different amperage. Which might explain it having killed a cheap USB cable or two. The amperages seem to vary wildly. The one that came with my phone only does 0.4A, that's nothing. What does my phone take all night to charge or something? Probably, I duno.

I jus got a DS rumble pak and was playing some Elite Beat Agents, the rumble actually worked well and especially on the left-right movements where you drag that ball. Made me think of the HD rumble in the Switch and how it would be cool to bring back that game somehow. I still like my launch PS4 a lot. If they release a special edition FF7remake one (I doubt they will), then I may go Pro. However, if they don't step up on exclusives I may go PC+Nintendo after this gen (I can wait a year on GTA games, and will have to see the FF PC port schedule), and Playstation has been my main console line since PS2 after the PS1 won me over with the boom in RPGs and my N64 really was a Goldeneye/Perfect Dark/OOT/Harvest Moon machine (didn't play Majoras Mask until years later, and didn't actually have Mario 64 or Mario Kart at that time...gasp, but I played both at friends' houses). Ideally, your USB-A charger should support 1.5A, 0.9A, and 0.5A (all 5V, which is only what standard USB-A should support). Anything else is a deviation from a standard and is probably something like Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC CAN be safely used since it requires the device pass a handshake and will safely fall-back to normal standards if it fails). This is also why people end up frying USB-C devices with bad cables/chargers. If your cable/charger allows more power through the USB-A end then the spec allows, and your device is not expecting that, it could cause issues.

LCU seemed pretty meh to me anyway from the few hours I've played. The world is pretty boring and the combat isn't even as interesting as other Lego games. I can't go back to playing mediocre open world games after Zelda. It crapped on just about all of them.
