Oh man, can't wait until tomorrow night - I think this whole Video Ref thing is going to be a hilarious disaster based on Rugby League's first attempts to use it. Though I do like that players and coaches can't request a review, that will help keep it from bogging down too much.

I'm actually optimistic for it, mainly because we've been robbed probably four or five points this season alone from it. Something had to happen, the standard of reffing is just too poo poo.

no i rate mahazi, he's crap but occasionally he does something really wonderful and it reminds me of matty kemp going on mazy runs through 5 players and then airswinging or billy celeski bicycle kicking the ball into himself and it's the most a-league thing; i cant help but love him

I just wish that with finals more or less sewn up we'd see more of the non-mahazi youth starting matches, maybe getting nigro and howard a bit more experience. If nothing else, it should help them when they play out the rest of the npl2 season against the blokes trying to kick the poo poo out of them
