The 2007 Reds would like a word with you. Or the 2002 Bulls, who did an exact opposite of the Crusaders that year and lost every game. The biggest chokers by far are the Sharks though, who've made 4 finals and lost all 4 of them (interestingly, to teams that won their first title every single time).
