Well, I've at last caught up on the last few weeks of this thread. I cannot tell how sincere Compu-Toon is, and I'm surprised that Thimble Theater has a slower pace than the soaps. (Spider-Man is a soap.) This is my contribution to the thread. Maybe later I will find a comic to post. Thank you, and good night.

I apologize if I missed it but did Nancy ever do a sappy tribute to Chuck Berry? I was dreading it but now I'm rather disappointed if they skipped it. I was kind of looking forward to the fallout.

I don't think it's been long enough yet for the backlog to catch up, if I'm remembering Gilchrist's threattweet correctly.

Percy had a reputation as a wimp name back then -- the most famous bearer of the name was Percy Shelley, and would you want your kid to grow up to be a floppy-haired Romantic poet swooning all over the place?

Okay, two things about the Sunday comics.

First off, Shylock Fox. The answer is the painting is a forgery because the lighting and shadows are off. If the painting was done by Kinkade than little details like that wouldn't bother him. In fact, you could tell it's not a Kinkade if the artist paid attention to those details.

Second, Tina's Groove. Goatface asked about the smokestacks at the three-story WalMart stand-in. Clearly, these were the FEMA death camps built under Walmarts by Obama. They're now getting put to good use by President Trump.
