Assuming that PG gets back to his 10WS per season level (which I think is pretty likely once he's on a good team again), Fultz would need to have an all-time great first 4 years in the league to match him. The guards to average 10WS a season in their first 4 years are CP3, MJ, Magic, Moncrief, Kevin Johnson, and Hardaway. The only players drafted at age 19 or younger to hit 10WS a season in their first 4 years were Shaq and Lebron. Of course Fultz would be a lot cheaper than PG.
