so is glassdoor still the go to place for job stuff? I really need a new job. the good news is that react and js are raelly hot right now. the bad news is that my only marketable skills are react and js. maybe i should include farting around with haskell.

i got a "you are really killin' it" review so i asked for a 25% raise and got it  although i was told that "normally the maximum raise we can give out is 5%, i had to go get approval from the cfo" which has me concerned

update: at the job I was on my way out, they just fired the entire ops team. our bus factor is now -1, nobody knows how our production environment works, and they guys they fired told the CEO i could figure it out do i ask for a 30% or 50% raise?
