I bet well over half the posters here haven't seen Starman and that's Carpenter's second or third best (and at the time most well received) movie. I'll admit I'm surprised so many people haven't seen They Live!

I keep thinking about the shot where Jeff Bridges and Karen Allen (!!) are sitting in the back of a pickup truck, something about it just sticks. I highly encourage everyone to watch it.
