Hey man you don't know me from Adam but my little brother died a few weeks back because staying in his lovely situation was easier than leaving. If he'd taken any number of chances to cut and run he'd be alive today and my life wouldn't be an overwhelming goddamn disaster of trying to figure out how to clean up the literal and figurative mess he left behind. He thought of himself as a piece of poo poo but his death left a huge smoking crater in the lives of people he never would have wanted to be hurt. Sorry, I know I'm projecting my situation onto yours a bit but it seems obvious that a change of venue would do you some good. And call me selfish but I like reading your posts and stories and it'd be nice if you were around to keep writing.
