I love when you tell clients (multiple times) the prerequisites for a project and yet when you go to start they haven't been completed. All I need is an AD user and a DNS entry added. You were told five days ago and yet I still don't have the info

I got another coworker to act sort of a witness, got the FBI phone number in advance, and I have never been happier to find a few thousand photos of completely work related boring stuff.

 Vista, Extended Support ends today. I remember when XP ended it was a Big Deal and we had dozens of users coming in in a panic. Zero panicked Vista users so far. Have they even bothered patching in a nag screen pop-up like they did with XP?

When I moved shortly after one of my co-workers was let go, I snagged one of his monitors, so now I at least have one widescreen that's not a 13" laptop screen. I generally keep email and word docs on the relic and the actually important stuff on the widescreen.
