sometimes you don't need to buy stuff, even if you have surplus money! if you're having trouble identifying which toy you want, this is generally a good indicator of this pay down some debt or stuff it in your savings or buy a nintendo switch if you really don't like having money in your acct, just throwing out options E: also food and shelter, those bills are recurring expenses that come back even though you paid them off last month
