Granddaddy Kim had a big ol calcium deposit on the side of his neck that they carefully planned all photos of him around to avoid showing it off to the public. Then it got to be baseball sized and they started having issues hiding it. Their failure to keep glorious eternal leader's image perfect for eternity is a pretty big shame on the regime apparently.

The part about it being so smug was what turned me off to it. I enjoyed the political drama, but the circlejerky nature of some of the episodes made it hard to actually finish the series. Like I am a liberal I guess so it's not like I disagree with them, but holy poo poo are they high on the smell of their own farts sometimes.
