That article is from 2016 and I am fairly certain that Bryan Fuller has 'left' the series, also. I hope the things he talks about remain, however.

It's the weirdest layout for an article. The headline is "10 things we know about the next Star Trek" and the introductory paragraphs are talking about how there's definitely going to be a gay character and then they go "And here's 10 other things we know about the show!"

I once saw a lady faceplant after tripping on a tiny twig that was laying on the ground. She just stepped on it with her toes, it was maybe 1/2" diameter and 3" long, and somehow that threw her off her kilter and it took almost 5 seconds between "I stepped on a twig" to "I'm goin down!" It was one of the most bizarre things I'd seen at my job.

I got this title for the dumbest fucking possible take on sea shanties. Specifically, I derailed the meme thread because sailors in the 18th century weren't woke enough for me, and you shouldn't sing sea shanties. In fact, don't have any fun ever.

Not sure if it happened to them, but if they are on Android and use the Google keyboard, it does some really weird predictive autocorrect occasionally, particularly on certain turns of phrase.

For example, when I typed "turns" there, it autocorrected it to "Tues" despite that I'd actually typed "turns" accurately, and when I first started using it, it loved to autocorrect contractions with "n't" at the end to just remove the "n't", usually giving the sentence the opposite meaning from what I'd intended. That last part fixed itself after a couple times of telling it that I actually meant to type a contraction, but I could see how that could get autocorrected.

I hope they outright ask him "do you believe the poo poo you spew on-air?" while he's under oath. Then he either has to say no, which will cause his crazy fans to disown him, or say yes which will completely gently caress up his custody bid. Bonus if he says no, then later goes on air and says "don't worry guys, I lied to THE MAN" and gets whacked with perjury.
