I think the conspiratorial vibe is that they know how damaging just nothing but THC can be to users (especially heavy users) but like any industry selling vices are willfully ignorant to this. Somehow this is being aided by the us govt doing things like scheduling cbd oil as a class one or canada's new 'reefer madness' like educational plan which will result in a new drug epidemic except this time its one under a massive police state with incredible lacks of oversight.
