I've started reading JoJolion and while the pacing/narration felt really off in the beginning, it seems like Araki got his footing again once Higashigatas abruptly entered the scene. A family member of mine will be visiting Singapore in a month or so and I thought it might be a chance to grab some dumb jojo merch while dodging some intercontinental shipping/weaboo tax. Am I right in thinking so and any ideas where to look for it in this faraway land?

Can honestly say I've never heard of Singapore being brought up during JoJo merch discussions. Could check to see if they have regional variants of Amazon/Ebay/Auction sites and seeing if you can get a decent bargain.

I follow a few artists from the area and I think they do see a little more but it might still be tricky. Hopefully you are able to pick stuff up- I get a lot of my random merch from a friend who travels a lot.

I actually liked that enough to be reasonably interested in the film, it looks super low quality but still really fun  I love that they're still refusing to show Stands.

Oh, can you guys not see the Stands in the trailer?.....hmmmmmmmmm e: it doesn't look half as bad as I was expecting tbh. The scene with Josuke peacefully sitting cross-legged after the Keicho fight looked sick imo and the set design for the Nijima manor looked good.
