Back of C on burning shrine at the jump will always be my favourite. Waiting for the other titan to throw theres and then stealing all his kills is my fav. Theres also a couple of really nice spots on exodus blue you can hit from the jump near c. I just love lightning grenades. Hope they carry accross to D2. Im a little a confused on the specifics of the Crota challenge, its different sword bearers right? Doesn't matter if the same sword guy gets off 2 damage cycles on him?

As cheese noted it's literally never pick up the sword after you drop it. Practically this means you need to rotating in 3 swordbearers who each get 3 slams and retreat then another 3 slams before the sword expires. Realistically that's a pain in the rear end and someone will gently caress up. Two swordbearer runs are very possible if you have the right team comp. the best ways to do it are as follows: New school mode where you put a bubble on the right rotation stairs and a raze lighter hunter invizes himself and a swordbearer, chops down crota and then the swordbearer fucks up crota. Run back in bubble and do it again. Switch the sword guy out and repeat. Requires a double smoke nightstalker with raze lighter and a weapons bubble. No gjallys needed. Modified old school mode where you put a weapons bubble and a blessing bubble on the high right rock next to center. This protects the swordbearer and powers his super, so he can be very aggressive with positioning and slamming. A blessing bubble guy and a weapons guy run out with swordbearer. Blessing goes down instantly and that guy leaves out back to rocket launch. Weapons guy hides in blessing and drops it when the sword gets picked up. Swordbearer gathers orbs and does his thing. I actually like this way the best, if I'm wearing crota boots I'll regularly get him down 80% in just my sword cycle.

You can do the bubbles on the stairs method without swords. We used to do it all the time before swords were even a thing. And if you can't do it 2 rotations you should just retire

Death above does allow you to pull off some cool slams (and bloopers), like when you jump up and then aim it around the corner. For example you can run up towards the B heavy on widow's court from that death zone in the middle, jump above the truck, then turn left in the air and slam anyone on the box
