All those positive feelings are gone. That was the worst game the Oilers played all season, and it's beyond frustrating when the Oilers had been the better team in the series, could've been up 3-0 if they didn't fall asleep in Game 3, and instead now they're down 2-1. But there's no chance in hell they're winning another game in this series. They're done. Stick the in them, they aren't coming back. Same.

I'm disappointed we had a bad start, but I'm happy we fought back and tied it. Just sucks that Talbot decided to be bad tonight and gave up a stinker of a GWG 20 seconds later, though, and they couldn't capitalize on their momentum they had at the end of the 2nd to tie it up again. Refs also allowing the 5th Ducks goal, which looked very much offside, was the nail in the Oilers coffin tonight. I'm just really concerned over Game 4. If the Oilers lose that then I feel like they lose the series. Then that'll be Kilza's time. Kilza fucked around with this message at 04:56 on May 1, 2017 |

Brady Skjei was their best defenseman after McDonagh last night, but he played the least minutes? I half expect him to scratch Buchnevich and play Tanner Glass 10+ minutes next game. this is what i've been saying for months and the glass thing is probably going to actually happen

Even criticized AV for touting the Rangers depth being it's strength, but then sitting guys. It really started to handicap them and you could see guys slowing down in OT.

The rink somewhat close to me won the Kraft Hockeyville USA thing so that's pretty dang cool. Also cool is to see people whining that it's a Western PA winner again.

Belle Vernon/Rostraver Ice Gardens are most famous in recent history for having the roof collapse during very heavy snow and ice storms in the past 5 years. Also, if somewhere else in America wants to win the Kraft HOCKEYVILLE USA competition, you are going to have to somehow be more tragic than the rust belt. Good luck with that.

It is pretty incredible how it's worked out over the years. The Caps have dominated play though and if they just keep doing what they've been doing and actually finish a few plays they'll easily win the series but hopefully they're too demoralized to realize that they should be up 2-0. Yeah we have a FEW plateaus of badness to hit before we join you in the basement. Trying to replace Oshie's productivity on 1RW with Burakovsky is an obvious downgrade. Replacing Alzner with Schmidt is probably a wash long-term. It's a slow burn. I guess we can enjoy Team Russia in the Olympics next year at least?

This just reminds me that the only time I've really been happy watching hockey over the past 10 years was when Crosby was concussed.

It'll be great when Crosby wins another Conn Symthe with Kessel having 20 more points in the post season. God Crosby is good. Did you know Kessel eats hot dogs? How lazy. Not like good ol Canadian boy Crosby.

The big problem right now is now he has Guentzel who is almost a star in his own right. Even when Kunitz was in his prime he was more of a just a pure finisher and didn't create a whole lot. Guentzel can finish but he's so slick with the puck too. Sid hasn't had a linemate like this since Hossa. In the past you could just do what everyone is doing to Mcdavid now and just shadow Crosby all game but now if you do that Guentzel will make you pay. e: Also Malkin is quietly leading the playoffs in scoring because why not. He's still pretty good too

He also had a better finals than Phil which typically is what wins you the Smythe. Tbh either would have been a good choice though. The funniest loving thing though is right now Maf would be the Conn Smythe for the Pens.
