12 Inch DD and Thor were leaked too but I can't upload to Imgur for another 15 mins.

EDIT: Apparently the guy wouldn't let him take pictures there and he picked these up for $30 each. I don't even want to know what they'd fetch on eBay right now, so makes me wonder where he got them if he's pawning them at a con for $30.

Yeah Hasbro has at this point perfected the "3d scan and print" for actors in Legends form, but it's the paint that brings it to the next level.

Still amazed how great the Marvel Legends that Hasbro do now compared to when they took over from Toy Biz.

If you go back to the beginning of the thread it's like a bizarro world where Marvel Legends are a joke and Mattel's DC figures were the hottest thing on the pegs

Shame Bandai is cutting so many drat corners on the Sailor Moon line.

Like gently caress, take forever to release Super versions of the Senshi (Mars ONLY just got announced after all), then make them all very very minor remolds with the same old faceplates despite the artwork for those versions depicting them with different eyes and more mature faces (and they did the different face style with the Super Sailor Moon figure, so no excuses) and them having already prototyped Super Mercury with the updated faces before reverting them for the final product.

I get that it's not their most popular line but holy cow I figure we'd at least get some more out of it instead of the slow painful trickle of minor resculpts that not even the DBZ line was subject to save for the multiple reuses of that ancient Goku body.

Yeah they're milking it pretty hard, finally putting some nice accessories with the Super versions. I'm not biting. I'm not replacing my entire squad at fifty bucks a pop just because yall made a nice Flame Sniper effect piece. All they had to do was make the Starlights or some villains and I'd be on the hook.

Amiami ships direct from Japan (so you get it earlier) and usually ends up being even or a bit cheaper than US retailers.

As a proviso, shipping can be either cheap or expensive, depending on where you live and what carrier. I just got burned out the rear end in NYC getting SHF Chewie and Ryu bulk delivered via DHL this week... $25 for just the shipping. :smith:

The other issue is that if your figure is defective, haha you're hosed. Returning/exchanging it will basically cost you as much as (some) of the figures. That said I do still have a bunch of stuff ordered from them, and you get points to get (really small) discounts on poo poo. And you can buy weird fetish porn statues or whatever, if that's your thing.

Still prefer DHL, i don't have to deal with the post office requiring signatures and being lazy with delivery with them.

I'm grabbing them but that's just because I'm a huge slut for Sailor moon goodies. I'd buy Jupiter even if I wasn't getting the rest of them regardless.

My post office has always been less than a mile away but its more inconvenient since they're usually closed when I'm available to run down there.

Plus I typically get things mailed to a pseudonym or preferred name so if they ID me I'm boned.

So uh, I got an email from Fox from that alien day with a figure deal with that Eaglemoss company, and I bought it thinking eh, 10 bucks for 2 little, possibly lovely figures isn't bad. And then It said I'm now subscribed and have to pay 30 bucks a month for more of these things, and they haven't sent me an email, and I can;t find a cancellation section on the site.

It seems like I have to call and email them or something? A simple "Do you wish to cancel? Yes? No?" isn't a thing? Not sure what's going on here.

Is it Eaglemoss? They always do an introductory cheap shipment and then ramp the price up for everything after. You have to call to cancel, their customer service email can take more than a week to reply back. Here's their phone number: 800-261-6898

They're the worst.
