my biggest issue with webex is that their support is a separate unit from TAC and is absolutely horrendous would rather deal with a million TAC frontline agents in bangladesh than webex support

a cross-department meeting got postponed by 30 minutes while my coworker figures out how to set up the camera. he did not resend the meeting invite with a skype 4 business link so he is going to ad hoc some bullshit instead.
