The young guys haven't had the experience they should have because they've been kept out of the team for so long. The middle bracket are just playing terrible football, way below their usual standard. And with the exception of Hodge, the old guys don't really seem up to it anymore. Box Hill is equal top in the VFL so there must be someone down there that is worth a crack. When we had great forwards, we sold them to other teams, and we seem to have permanent issues with the ball in the 50. We've had great midfields, we can tackle with the best, but we never seem to put the whole package together consistently.
