Couldn't some dollars and sense billionaire dem supporter take Hillary for a ride in the car and explain that it's simply not tenable to back her third charge at the presidency? Then they could stop for pizza to soften the blow. To what benefit? Anyone in the position you're talking about is beyond being personally impacted by which party wins a given election, to them it's more like indulging your dotty rich aunt who thinks she's an undiscovered prodigy actress. If they feel the Clintons are unfit to actually rule that's not resolved by telling them some poo poo they're not gonna listen to that's resolved by putting up another Obama who'll do a better job of serving the aristocracy. Biden's too old and too much an actual player, if they don't actually go Hilldawg it'll be another charismatic nobody who can claim "outsider" status but is too much a true believer in the system to not do exactly as they're told once in office.

Ask a biplane pilot how fast planes are. You'll never get anywhere with that Delta ticket. The cool thing about uhc is we could get rid of the lovely parts of the VA if everyone were covered the same

I guess I'd just say youd be better to ask someone living with modern single payer healthcare than someone with coverage from an admin that is notoriously red-tape laden. You wouldn't design a uhc system to run like the VA and it wouldn't take magic to do it right.

I would think the VA has a lot of issues because they have to insure people for life after they stop serving. A "medicare for all" system combined with a sensible income tax system would work fine. How about anything over 10 million dollars annual income is taxed 90%? If you can't raise a family on 10 million dollars a year you're a loving leech.
