keyboards that don't have dedicated delete (or forward-delete or whatever you call the one that is not backspace), home/end and pgup/pgdn keys drive me bananas. also keyboards where the default behavior is for the F-keys to do some stupid garbage like play an itunes and you have to press fn to get the actual key. at least that's usually invertable in software.
