Whooo!! Peanizzles!!!!

This comic has been coming out regularly since 2009 and in all that time it has never shown a single spark of originality or artistic improvement or competence of any sort. I don't loving know why it existed in the first place and I sure as hell have no loving clue why it has continued to exist at all, let alone for eight continuous years. Reading a handful of these strips have made me question the point of my own life, I have no idea how the comic creator lives with himself.

What is "peanizzle"? Is it circa 2003 "gangsta" for penis?

No that would be too interesting. I'm assuming the creator was trying to imply that the strip was a modern day Peanuts.
Also his homepage www.punkrockcartoonist.com inexplicably describes it as "an urban comic strip with a diverse cast, that transcends traditional newspaper comics"

I know that we usually get shitcanned if we bring up the Dunning-Kruger Effect in the forums but I really think it's warranted in this case.

Yeah but we can still understand why those shitbirds create those horrible strips, they at least have an opinion they're trying to promote (even if it's a lovely terrible opinion that genuinely makes the world a worse place). There's no 'why' to Peanizles, there's no good or bad reason for it to have ever existed or to continue existing.

Almost every line of dialogue he has is a pun, joke or lead up to a gag.
Also has mysterious secrets.

(And unlike a lot of things that have a terrible fandom the games unironically good.)

Popular culture has passed you by.

Maybe it's because I'm losing my sight or that the thread has desensitized me to ugly lovely stuff, but I think the top panel would look good on the side of a van. The lower half of the page is a return to form though and wouldn't look good on my butt.

They also write Battle Cats fan fiction.

It's still bad, but because you're expecting the usual goblins garbage art it looks good in comparison. Put it next to something by someone who can draw and you'll go with the traditional wizard-fighting-a-dragon motif for your 80's dream machine.

seriously. The only story is "cats are taking over the world!" Then it becomes a standard 2D tower defense/offense game to play while taking a dump. And that's it.

The top frame could potentially be a good stylistic way to demonstrate that holy poo poo, these things coming out of the gate are an unholy blight against nature if it weren't for the fact that the rest of the comic is equally ugly, if not more so.

Like, if someone were drawing a webcomic about the Cthulhu Mythos they could just have Thunt draw every panel that's a POV as the protagonist looks at an eldritch abomination and then go back to their regular style again after.

They wouldn't. The unemployed and homeless would be made to wear a patch, or armband, marking them as such. Then every day a flatbed truck drives around with 20 gunmen in the back, and they shoot heroin darts into those wearing the patch.
