Honestly I've lived a bunch of places and the only place that approaches publix is Albert Heijn in Amsterdam but even then... probably not Publix brand poo poo is incredible

Publix brand stuff is awesome, and their deli section is amazing (that chicken!) but god drat are their commercials some annoying poo poo. They had one a year or two ago, I think on the radio, that almost flat out said "Yeah, we aren't as cheap as Walmart, but we almost are if you bring in 10,000 coupons from the newspaper!"

The predominant grocery chain in Pittsburgh is Giant Eagle, which is completely region specific to eastern OH and western PA. We do have Whole Foods and Trader Joe's tho
