Destiny 2 was supposed to be a fully fledged new game.

1) One New Strike
2) One New Raid
3) 4 New Planets
4) New Story Campaign
5) New game mode for PvP and some QoL features in raiding.

I knew they were going to reuse existing assets in some areas, but we are going to have the same drat strikes as the last game possibly not even reskinned?

Please tell me they misspoke because that is outright retarded.

I think they misspoke with the strike thing, there will definitely be more and nothing will be recycled from the first game because you will not be going back to the same planets/areas.

Well, that wasn't communicated clearly in the slightest in the live stream. They kept saying "One new strike, one new raid". Which left that up for interpretation.
