Oh my god, this thread is awesome, thanks for making it! I had all these as a kid and read through them numerous times. Memories!

Also, did the DC version of this thread ever get made?

I thought Thor was floating sideways like he was angrily smashing from a fainting couch until I noticed his right leg.

I really like how Hawkeye's bow cleverly obscures their left feet while Thor's ~sickass~ Mjolnir chain hides their right. That's loving Avengers team work.

Hell, Clint's even got Wanda('s feet) covered, too!

Meanwhile Hank is the only person bothered by Wanda setting off random hex magic in the middle of their sick team pose.

I'm not going to disagree with Dr Mid-Nite and Batman, but it definitely has applications outside of the lab as well that distinguish the item from your everyday high capacity laser or unstable tape measure.

So is he still carrying around a shrunken chainsaw as Giant-Man or does it become a slightly-larger-than-normal-but-unusable-by-a-giant size chainsaw?

This is from May 1986, back when there were Infinite Earths. (Or, at least, just before DC Editorial had completely purged the multiverse from existence.) "52" came twenty years later.

If my occasional strolls through the Phobos Labs are any indication, chainsaws are most definitely lab equipment.

You could fill a DC Who's Who thread with nothing but Monster Society of Evil characters. Those guys were great. They had one guy who's possibly the only DC-related character who comes close to being as racist as Egg Fu: a Japanese samurai who's called Nippo from Nagasaki.
