I actually think Ian Cole takes more poo poo than he deserves--including from me in years past--but he has a strange mental block where he can't shoot the puck unless a defender is standing in front of him. He's been that way as long as he's been a Penguin and it's really weird.

Most of the team didn't even really pickup on The System until the end of the regular season.
