Presumably a contribution from Sony as part of their millennial outreach efforts - have we confirmed whether Spider-Man participates in filthy triathlons while snapchatting EDMs? N.B.D. if we haven't yet.

But Tom Holland is so loving perfect as Spiderman he makes all others seem like ill fitted garbage.

I feel like a big, big part of that is that he's the first Spider-Man who sounds like he comes from Queens (without also sounding like a broad, Ratso Rizzo-esque parody of a Nyew Yawk accent).

I wouldn't say hype, but it's likely I'll see it in theatres, which is more than I can say for Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad.

If the reviews are positive (and by the sound of the early word they should be) than I will be. Right now I would say I am more cautiously optimistic.

Full review embargo for Wonder Woman lifts on May 31st. WB moved up the embargo lift date to the 29th apparently!

I know social media reactions from critics were wholly positive, but still. Hope Patty Jenkins and co knocked it out of the park

I can see the headline now, "Vinnie Jones cast in Deadpool 2". Seriously though I like Juggernaut as a character and would love to see a full cgi version absolutely wrecking poo poo on screen but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I think you're probably right, but I would say that it has a better chance in the modern cinema climate than pre-MCU.

Jupiter Ascending naturally contradicts that. I'll go see it though so that's at least $9 it'll make :kiddo:

It looks fantastic, there's more joy, imagination and spectacle on show there than in almost a decade's worth of blockbusters put together. Vivid, feverish colours washing over the screen, smashing through panels, I need it now.

So you are sticking aroud then, teagone? That ridiculous hissy fit you had in the CD thread made it sound like you weren't going to 'bless' the oh-so-mean-and-terrible BSS folks with your august presence again. Despite, y'know, both forums having about 75% of the same darn posters and with largely the same outlook on things.
