One thing about Jared Kushner is that there almost certainly has to be something in his past that is illegal, in regards to Russia. Maybe something that would be relatively minor in normal times, if he wasn't the Son-In-Law of the President, something that might end up with him going on a six month trip to a minimum security federal prison. Some type of financial irregularity or tax avoidance or etcetera. But once he starts using the apparatus of the White House to communicate with Russia, all that minor stuff, even if it was only minor stuff, becomes very, very serious.
