I used to operate a zipline at an old job. We had a 250 lb weight limit, but that's because we had to slow them down at the end. We didn't really have a way to enforce the weight limit, but you could tell when it was exceeded because they'd rip through at a zillion MPH and would hit you like a train if you got in front.

(It would have to be cheap, though; they were out of money.) Let that sink in. They spent tens of thousands of dollars building a zipline, belatedly realized it was lethal, and then turned to an Internet comedy forum for suggestions on how to halfass a way to make it not kill every child who rode it.
