Batflip of the year candidate. https://twitter.com/NBCSGiants/status/871101051058835456 The fact that it was a flyout to center just adds to it IMO.

Poque posted:the radio call of this is amazing, btw That's Dan Gladden (yes the same one that scored the run in game 7), he has some pretty great moments. He also always brings his glove to the booth just in case a foul goes up there. Though he does suffer from bouts of "old baseball player" to balance it out.

Stick a fork in Grilli, he's done. Four home runs in 2/3 of an inning. 4.7 HR/9 before today over the season (in 17.2 innings, but whatever).

I'm watching the Cub game now and there's a Legit Lester Pickoff, a 12-pitch Heyward a/b that ends him slowly rolling it over to second, and a BEEFSLAM and I'm so angry at myself for watching Lester load the bases with no one out in the first and then peaking at the final score to decide whether to actually watch it.

I ragequit after the Schwarber slam. Judging by the box score I didn't miss anything that would have improved my day.
