The only good thing I can say about Russo is that he tries hard to get everyone on the show with some kind of character or gimmick. A lot of undercard stars from WCW and TNA really appreciated that, but at the same time he has some of the worst booking for minorities or women in wrestling history. He would definitely be an okay guy with a filter, since he seems to have a million ideas but most of them are just really bad ideas.
