The Senate Democrats can't meaningfully delay the AHCA as in whenever it gets passed, it will go into effect for 2018. Why even give the illusion that the Democrats can kill or meaningfully impact this bill? This turd of a bill should be squarely at the feet of Republicans in Congress and Donald Trump. Let them take credit for something that has 17% support.
