Mike Stefanik is the only other driver to get 9 NASCAR titles and he got his in multiple divisions, no one has 9 in one division also worth noting that when Richie won the bulk of his titles, the Modified division was the actual National division in NASCAR, Grand National was still primarily a southern division

Retire Jr. Only you could manage to turn a good run off of a corner into a loss of six places in half a lap. loving done with it. Guy is the quintessential rhythm driver, but anythign gets in his way (like other drivers) and he can't manage.
