I believe bitcoins are mainly used for black market purchases and that's not a niche commodity for investors. I still think buttcoins are dumb but it seems like there's a whole side economy going on with them to buy drugs and other things. It's even possible it's used by thousands of retailers and millions of people; but mainly for illegal stuff.

Not to mention "legal ponzis" that people bet on because THEY're the ones who get out in time to make a profit (they're not) and, in the most recent bubble, short-selling inaccessible funds on the biggest bitcoin exchange that plays bank hopping because nobody wants their drug/child porn money and was unable to pay out any human-usable currency, which obviously drives up the price of now-completely-untethered-from-reality bitcoin because :ovr:

We're talking about THC concentrates, right? Who the gently caress has psychotic episodes stemming from weed? Is that really a thing?

A few months ago I learned a powerful lesson about the bioavailability of concentrated THC when dissolved in pure-ish ethanol. I was so high I had to butt-scoot up and down my stairs and like couldn't really maintain small talk with my wife like 6-8 hours after ingestion, but like it was just a very strong weed high and nothing really out there.

Seriously I'm worried about if our 4 cats will get along with him? I guess the cats will show him who is the boss in the house? He is after all only 8 weeks old when we pick him up.

Never had a cat so I can't help there, but as a first time ween owner be very careful with their backs. Never pick them up by the chest, always use two hands and scoop up their butt/back legs as well. If you let him on the couch/bed buy a ramp for him as jumping off of things can cause IVDD and paralyze them. We've had 7 total in the family and only 1 had back trouble (temporarily thankfully), but we're cautious with them.

Also, get him used to teeth brushing and nail clipping once a week. They have terrible teeth that will smell and rot if you don't stay on top of things and their nails should never go past their pads.

Kids under 20 with underlying problems can have them exacerbated by massive THC ODs. I don't care what people do but the drive to constantly make more and more concentrated drug just leads to more and more potential to have too much when you're young and stupid and don't know how to take less.

Eh, given my unexpected experience with an incredibly small amount of oil, I think it is likely possible these days to, if not actually die, put yourself in a really really bad spot with THC these days. However, even with my little bout of unpleasantness, well it took was sleeping for about eight hours I felt no side effects at all.

(and can't post for 5 years!)

I got a 1000mb fiber-to-the-home connection.

It's actually hovering around 800mb in most speed tests but that's still pretty amazing considering i live in a tiny rural village in Ireland with a population of maybe 200 (and that's including surrounding farmlands and technically another, smaller village).

I recently got my first dog, a corgi puppy, and my lady cats adjusted fine. There was hissing and spitting and prickly backs at first but once they realized the puppy was a non-threatening idiot they just started ignoring him, or treating him like a minor annoyance.

Point being, theyll make noises at one another for a few weeks and then chill out, ime. All will be well. I actually caught the puppy cuddling w my kitties last week.
