These choices have negligible effects on gameplay a la Bioshock, but there's no happy ending. - QTEs as far as the eye can see. You even use QTEs to break open the fountains used to heal you at checkpoints. Nothing says game play quite like mashing X to get some orbs. - Boring version of God of War combat (I think? I never actually played GoW). You basically have one combo that's worth using. You will mash that combo for several hours. I wish I could go back in time and convince myself to play like, Enslaved instead. I don't even remember enjoying playing the game.

Lol El Shaddai was fun to look at and a chore to play, at least Dante's inferno plays okay until it got booted out half finished. But yeah it's literally just a GoW clone and Lords of Shadow was a better one of those

Valkeria Revolution is such a shitshow. Its mostly cutscenes and piss easy musso with bare minimum skill use right now. VC at least had you experience everything naturally but VR just dumps it all in pointlessly long conversations.

El Shaddai also goes on sale surprisingly a lot on the Xbox store for literally 3-5 bucks. I bought it for 3 bucks several years ago, but I saw it for sale randomly like 2 months ago.

Tried to log in to my PSN account today to play some Persona 5 with online features enabled after a few weeks away without starting up my PS4. Get the message "invalid email" when trying to log in. Check my email, notice an email sent 12 days ago that says my log-in ID (email) was changed?! I never changed it, and no-one else had access to my password. The email tells me to go to http://sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/support , which just sents me to playstation.com . Wtf do I do to get my account back?  I can't use "forgot my password" as my email/log-in ID is now "not a valid email address".

My password was only made a few months ago and followed the rules of having a number and an uppercase letter and whatever the gently caress. So how could my account get stolen? And unless you just have to swap playstations constantly it's not a hassle at all. Until you guys talked about it I totally forgot I had 2F-Auth event set up. I just never end up having to use it thanks to being able to keep my login on my PS4 and on my computer.

I am enjoying RE5 but laser aiming is difficult with how tiny the camera view is in splitscreen. Not being able to transfer ammo in smaller batches sucks. It's neat seeing someone w/ no experience w/ the series slowly coming around to the controls (after hating them), or at least appreciating their design. Also the wrestling moves.

Yeah, I think they do that so both split-screens keep the full-screen aspect ratio. It probably helps to have a wider view when you're getting mobbed. RE5 is mediocre single player but you're lucky to be experiencing it in co-op, it shines there.

Has anyone else had an error on PSN that says "Please enter a valid credit card number" even though all of the information you had saved was correct before it forced you to re-enter it and is still correct after it forced you to re-enter it? I am having that problem now and it's really annoying and I'm not sure what the issue is. I've tried looking up solutions but all the support threads I've found amount to 500 messages saying "IT'S NOT WORKING, HELP ME!! *no response from ps support*"

Your card might start working tomorrow, the support guy told me to buy codes on amazon if I desperately needed to make a purchase right then.

Continuing my PS3 PS+ journey Alien Rage is almost a decent budget bulletstorm but you can take like two shots before dying, cover doesn't work, collision detection is broken, you can be shot before enemies even spawn, and occasionally your explosives don't shoot out your gun and instant kill you, so it isn't.

Apartment letter, then number for some reason. I don't know if this is your problem but I've heard other people complain about similar address problems. Elite Dangerous is such a wonderful game. You start out with a loaner ship and very little money and it's up to you to bootstrap your way to fame and riches. There's no guided campaign as far as I can tell, just get out there and make your story. I haven't played a game with such "if I just do this THEN" momentum in a long time, and I'm just constantly leapfrogging from personal goals. If I just do this little data delivery job, I'll make the cash to fund basic refueling and insurance so THEN I can take this salvaging job while I'm there I'll take a delivery job leading back to the system I just came from and when I hand THEM in I can afford a better power drive which lets my ship hyperspace jump further THEN I can do those delivery jobs faster so I make quicker money so THEN I can buy a real cargo hold so I can make 5 times what I was making with the data jobs in one go by doing cargo delivery jobs so THEN I can buy that auto-docking module so I can get into stations faster so THEN I don't fail the optional time trial objectives on some of these deliveries to make more money per delivery so I do that and THEN I can afford to buy that newer, faster, better ship and hey this one has some real firepower so maybe THEN I can work on upgrading those hardpoint weapons with better tracking so THEN my shots land better and it just keeps going like that! I haven't even scraped the surface of this whole faction war going on, I've maybe shot down 1 ship so far in my time playing, and the only Horizons content was the stuff I did in one of the tutorials but there's this huge universe just out there waiting for me. It's pretty cool.
