be it trades or free agents theres pretty much no chance the team as constructed now is a finished product, also. Getting near the Warriors is still a big lift but this gives Houston a plausible path toward that which is more than all but maybe 4-5 teams can say right now.

Keep everyone semi-movable and let your stars do the heavy lifting, it's what built Lebron's last two teams and the current juggernaut that is the Warriors.
