Cop Porn Popper posted:They seem mediocre at best with a couple of really annoying issues. A electronically controlled fan clutch that just loves to die and is $200 a pop to replace is the start of the fun. Oh, and pray it didn't overheat because the headbolts are drat near guaranteed to snap off in the block if you try to pull the head to replace a headgasket. (though they have updated ones on the aftermarket that are supposed to remedy this) In an engine swap situation you could easily eliminate the computer controlled fan clutch. However, they don't get used often because they are super tall engines.

Same for the barra, super tall and long so it is hard to fit in other cars, which is why I was suprised MCM found a car it would go into without much drama. But it would fit into any falcon as they've already had the 200 and 250 option which the barra is based on. E: after driving my e34 for a few months when I go into the garage to work on my ute it looks like a truck these days. The front guards are so high. It used to look normal when it was a daily and compared to other cars, but the falcon needs that height just for the engine. Fo3 fucked around with this message at 08:25 on Jul 2, 2017 |

We also purchased the neighboring property because we don't have a garage in which to work on it and it does. It wasn't done in haste, but people floating "open marriages" might have a better success rate. It will invariably end in divorce or murder. May God have mercy on our souls.

I always wondered how entertaining it'd be to take a kit car like that and turn it into a baja car... it's still got all of the VW suspension, right?

The worst part is as far as 917 kits go, that one's actually better than most. I have no idea why you wouldn't keep it in racing livery though. Like, the amount of people who want a 917 in that colour with those rims is precisely 1 person ... and he's trying to sell it.

That really depends on the bus, how many seats are left in it and its intended purpose. Many of them don't have air brakes and you can remove the seating and register it as an RV. Provided its under 26,000lb gvwr your fine on a regular license in most states. Just don't carry more than 15 people or whatever the law says.
