the Suns are supposedly happy using their space as a dumping ground in exchange for assets as well. I can only assume they wanted more than the Nets did to make this deal, which jesus christ.

What happened to Carroll? Odd to see FG % plummet like that in his age 28 year, is it possible it was just a bad fit for him?

Seems like a heavy price to pay when the team is still not beating Cleveland, but Toronto is going to win 60 games in the garbage East so whatever.

Constant injuries. Even when he was cleared to play he was allegedly fighting foot/back problems.

also yeah going from a well coached Jazz/Hawks team to Dwayne "high PnR and throw up a dumb shot" Casey didn't help.

Dallas Mavericks: Generations
I hope the NBA fining Embiid for bad language on social media isn't the end of the NBA being a fun league. We don't need another league to be as boring as the NFL.

The Glumslinger posted:

I feel like an underrated aspect of this is watching D'Antoni have to deal with Melo again, who was such a bad fit, it nearly killed Mike's career

This is the best part of a potential Houston Melo trade. D'Antoni just won coach of the year and Melo's rep has fallen off a cliff. I bet he won't mind running the system now. I already assumed CP3 would make the Rockets one of the more fun teams to watch in the league. Melo having a redemption season there would only make it better.

People who watched the Mavs game today, how was Dennis Smith Jr?
