The TPP, like any international trade agreement, is incredibly complicated and it's impossible to make a statement as general and reductive as "it's bad for Americans." Which parts? Which Americans?

My cat once had 2 days worth of diarrhea from a super bad reaction to some medication. Not actually all that dangerous supposedly as long as she had access to food and water, but I swear those were the two most disgustingly poo poo-filled days of my life, and it was all in exactly the wrong places. More importantly it sounds like your guy's gonna be alright, from wiki it sounds like the most dangerous part is if you don't catch it in the first 24 hours?

I always tell people if they feel those they're probably doing something wrong. you need to be a pretty experienced lifter before you start training your lower back. Like you need to be working at around 40% of your one rep max. You also need to have a vague idea of your maxes, because that's how you train the lift. It doesn't need to be your one. As a matter of fact, it's not recommended to go for a heavy single until you've found like a heavy 7, heavy 5, heavy 3, etc.

It was crazy feeling how much of the lift was from the legs and waist relative to isolating my erector

I don't feel them during the lift really but they tend to be sore along with all the other muscle groups the next day. EDIT: Just checked my form and it turns out I was taught Romanian deadlifts rather than traditional deadlifts. Not sure whether that is better or worse overall.
