Hey so I've been reading this for a while, I think I read this thread too for a bit as well, but people started talking about the ONE comic(which I can't read) amidst discussion of the Murata version(which I read) and I backed off and just kept reading the murata manga casually instead. Do people still discuss the ONE version in here? I just caught up with the last 8 or so chapters and got to the one with Armored Gorilla in a hoodie and it genuinely made me happy that he was actually still alive and brought back for a gag like that, I laughed harder at his backdown way back when than basically anything in the rest of OPM, which is an accomplishment. Is that a recent chapter or are translations far behind? I enjoyed the fighting tournament thing but I heard that was basically entirely filler?

Nah, mangastream translation has always been trash, you just don't notice it because they're mostly native English speakers (surprisingly rare in scanlation) and you can't read the original
