I think this puts Priebus as the shortest serving Chief of Staff, previous holder of that esteemed title was Samuel Skinner with 16 December 1991 to 23 August 1992. Priebus didn't even make it 8 months. Edit: I'm an idiot it was James Baker who had it August 1992 till Bush Sr got out of office.
