savings in our health care system, including the reduction of Medicare overpayments to private insurance companies and paying health care
providers for how well they treat patients, rather than how often.

I recognize that the ACA is far from perfect and did not do enough to address the skyrocketing cost of insurance or crack down on waste and
abuse within the health care system. That being said, President Trump's current plan in Congress to repeal and replace the ACA will make
America's healthcare system worse. I am committed to finding ways to reduce health care costs for New Hampshire families and
businesses by fighting fraud, supporting innovation, and protecting access to preventive medicine. As your Representative, I will
continue working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to support common sense efforts to improve access to quality
health care services for Granite Staters.
