The barrier for modern game making is too high and the field of projects that can be funded is too narrow.

I have never played a Souls game and I feel like at this point I've missed the boat. I don't even think I have a machine that can play a Souls game other than probably the original on my laptop. Maybe II as well, that was PS3/360 right?
